As someone who's immune system is almost all the time compromised, I have found these tablets very helpful. I am used to getting sick at least once a month if not more. I have done research on natural supplements to help support my immune system. I was very delighted that these tablets had the probiotics all combined into one time release tablet! This is the ultimate immune formula I have tried so far and I am so thrilled. I have been taking these tablets for only 4 weeks but I feel great especially since it's winter time! I have not gotten sick and I feel a lot more energized. I am very thankful for having the opportunity to review these tablets and I am very sure I will be ordering soon another bottle.
